  1. Gossip. If you or someone is talking poorly about people more than things that are important, I will not respond nor participate.

  2. Anyone offloading their problems onto me without asking for permission.

  3. Any form of relationship with people that constantly are involved in drama or chaos.

  4. Carrying anyone elses karma, especially those that have created it themselves.

  5. Energy Vampires… Anyone that acts entitled to my time, energy and space.

  6. Passive aggressivness.

  7. Energy from people that depletes me in anyway shape or form.

  8. Anyone/anything that intentionally tries to disturb my inner peace.

  9. Anyone that constantly complains while making zero effort to make the change needed.
