Dude, I know its been a rough couple of weeks, even more so the last few days. But here is the deal…Grapes have to be crushed to make the wine. Diamonds.. are forged under pressure. Olives are pressed to release the oil. Seeds grow in darkness man. I know you feel crushed right now. I get it. It sucks and it hurts. But when you feel pressured, pressed, or in that unimaginable darkness, you are in the best place, the most powerful place to create change. Its time to transform, transmute and level the fuck up man. Stop wasting your time. Distractions are everywhere and you are better than that.

Stop being okay with giving your energy away, especially to those that do not reciprocate. You lower your vibe when you accept what ever comes your way. Dude, value yourself! That means fighting for happiness. If you want to fix any relationship, ya gotta listen. Im not even gonna say you need to learn because you already fucking know how to, shut your fucking mouth and give your attention to whom is speaking. Listen to how you have hurt others without getting defensive or dismissive.
