You must truly believe that you deserve it all. You deserve to be happy, loved, healthy and have great blessings! Believe to receive.

Ignorance is the cause of your pain not other people. Blaming others will only increase your suffering. Look with in and sit.

Worry is a misuse of imagination. Consciously use your imagination wisely. Focus your energy on what you want to see in your life. Consistently.

The flower must rise through the dirt to bloom. Baby, you got this.

Explore without fear, give without expectation, love without attachment, and you won’t experience so much unnecessary anxiety. It seems you have energy blockages in your root chakra and in your heart chakra. You need to learn how to ground yourself. These energy blockages can make you feel like your life is lacking direction. You need to set certain ground rules for your life and stick with them. You need to set your feet on solid ground. When you start asking yourself questions like, “What's wrong with me?” or “Why can't I seem to ever___?” you have the tendency to look for external answers. The problem, though, is that these things originate within YOU so that is where you will need to look to find the answers. Yes, this is very uncomfortable but so is never actualizing your potential. To better balance your energies you must start meditating before bed every night.

Meditation puts your brain into the theta wave, which resonates at 4-7 hertz. In this state, you are more easily able to access your subconscious mind, your intuition shines through, your surroundings start speaking to you, and thought manifestation is heightened.

Meditating means quieting and focusing your mind so that you are aware of yourself in the present moment. Done daily it helps you be more aware, improves your energy and calmness, heightens your ability to concentrate, and makes you a clearer thinker.

What to focus on when meditating? Here are some suggestions:

1) Starting with your toes, pay careful attention to what each small part of your body feels like, work your way to the top of your head and repeat.

2) Mentally feel the presence of the room around you, then your house, your neighborhood, the rotation of the Earth, the gravity and outer space. Feel yourself surrounded by the whole universe.

It is important to stay sharply aware while meditating to avoid falling into mindless daydreams, hypnotic trances, or unconscious sleep. If you fall asleep, choose a less comfortable position, like sitting with your back straight.

The goal is to take charge of your mind and achieve elevated awareness and heightened focus. In the long run, meditation helps to transcend space and time. It may also activate your psychic powers, but only when you least expect it and are ready to use those powers responsibly.

Normally you might have random thoughts and memories going through your head all day like some crazy circus between your ears. That is not good because your mind never gets a break from the chaos. This is also why I always say that “multitasking” is the opposite of “meditation”..

Contrary to popular belief, multitasking is actually bad for you, both physically and spiritually. Our brains are designed to focus on one thing at a time, and bombarding them with information only slows them down and lowers our vibration.

Multitasking makes it more difficult to organize thoughts and filter out irrelevant information, and it reduces the efficiency and quality of our work.

A study from the University of Sussex ran MRI scans on the brains of people who spent time multitasking. The scans showed that those who multitasked more often had less brain density in the anterior cingulate cortex. That’s the area responsible for empathy and emotional control.

Multitasking not only damages your brain but also lowers your IQ. A study at the University of London found that participants who multitasked during cognitive tasks experienced IQ score declines that were similar to what they’d expect if they had stayed up all night.

On a spiritual level, multitasking can create energy blockages in your chakras, and energy blockages can cause physical disabilities. For example, a throat chakra blockage can manifest as the inability to express.

Once you put your brain into the theta wave, certain numbers are gonna come to you. These numbers are your portal and the key to unlocking your potential.

Choose love and understanding rather than trying to be right or wanting to appear better than others. Don’t allow your ego to obstruct peace within your relationships.
